We aim to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our secondhand golf balls and our service.  So we offer our 14-day no quibble guarantee on all orders.  If you are not completely satisfied when you receive the order, then you can return the goods.  We will make a full refund.

If you change your mind after placing the order, but before receiving the goods, don’t worry.  We can still make a full refund of the full cost of the goods.  You may have to pay any postage costs that we have already incurred.

We always aim to ensure that we have ample stocks of all the goods that we offer for sale.  But very occasionally an item may go out of stock, and we reserve the right to withdraw any item without notice.  If we cannot meet your order then we will let you know you as soon as possible and offer a refund or an alternative item.   And don’t worry – these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
